The captain of Los Blancos has spoken about the penalty dispute between Cavani and Neymar in Paris and says the structure in place in Madrid avoids any such issues.

Sergio Ramos was named on Monday as one of the 30 players on the France Football shortlist for the 2017 edition of the Ballon d'Or. Speaking to the sports magazine he covered various subjects including the recent controversy over penalty takers as seen at Paris Saint-Germain.

Cristiano, Ramos and one other

The man from Seville was quick to point out that the structure at the European Champions ensured that disputes of this sort would not be a problem.

"Cristiano takes the penalties and if he is not there, I take them. There is a third person designated before each game. It's the best way to avoid problems, to have everything agreed and pay attention to the small details".

Sergio Ramos enjoyed this particular 'panenka' penalty against former club Sevilla.

Neymar and Cavani penalty

The Madrid leader continued about the specific case of the disputed penalty between Brazilian Neymar Jr and Uruguayan Edison Cavani:

"With regards to Neymar and Cavani, two big players, I am sure that will arrive at an agreement".
